Project Highlights

Role: Head of Business Operations

Impact: Scaled operations from 20 to over 200 employees, contributing to the company's $600M valuation.

As the first operational hire at Hologram, I was tasked with building and scaling operations across Revenue, Finance, and Business Operations. This role required me to think strategically about long-term growth while also diving deep into the day-to-day operational challenges of a rapidly scaling company.

One of my most significant projects was rebuilding the Logistics function from the ground up. When I joined, our SIM card fulfillment process was so problematic that our Sales team was manually fulfilling orders from a converted snack closet. I took a hands-on approach, personally managing the process to identify core issues and rebuild trust and rapport with cross-functional stakeholders. This allowed me to develop a new workflow, hire a dedicated team, and support the establishment of an on-site warehouse.

The results were transformative: we achieved a 160% increase in order fulfillment over 12 months and significantly improved customer satisfaction. We scaled our capacity from handling hundreds of SIMs to supporting orders of over one million SIMs at a time. This project not only solved an immediate operational problem but also positioned the company for continued rapid growth.

This experience honed my ability to identify systemic issues, develop and implement scalable solutions, and manage change in a high-growth environment.

Role: Head of Operations

Impact: Achieved a 4.8-star average visit rating, 98% monthly retention, and over $3 million in annualized revenue.

At Envoy, I served as the CEO's right-hand, managing all business aspects including marketing, finance, and daily operations. This role required me to wear multiple hats as I navigated the challenges of a startup operating in 22 markets across 8 states.

A standout project was our "A Little Help Brings Us Closer" campaign, which I spearheaded as part of our B2B offering. This initiative showcased my ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both businesses and individuals.

We created innovative pop-up events that simulated a home environment, effectively telling how Envoy's services could give families more quality time together.

The event management and storytelling aspect of this campaign was particularly complex. I coordinated the design, setup, and execution of our pop-up experience across multiple high-profile tech campuses, including Facebook (Meta). This required meticulous planning, seamless coordination with various stakeholders, and the ability to adapt our storytelling approach for different corporate cultures.

Our narrative-driven, experiential marketing approach was a huge success. It not only increased employee utilization of our service but also effectively launched our B2B channel, opening up new growth opportunities and partnerships with major employers. This project demonstrated my ability to combine strategic communication, event management, and business development to drive tangible results.

Role: Chief of Staff & Chief Program Officer

Impact: Drove sixfold growth in fellowship participants and increased STEM camp applications by over 130%.

In my current role at Natives Rising, I lead operations and programming focused on empowering Native Americans through STEM education and creating pathways into the tech industry. This position allows me to leverage my storytelling and partnership skills to unite stakeholders and inspire students.

A key initiative I lead is our annual summer STEM camp, a project that demands high-level coordination and strategy. Every year, we bring together 35 Native high school students from tribes across the United States for a 5-day immersive experience.

The success of the camp is as much about the story we tell as it is about the content we deliver. I work with our teams to craft a narrative that resonates with both our participants and partners, highlighting the transformative power of tech education in Native communities and showing students that they belong in tech and are supported in achieving their dreams.

The results speak to the power of our work: 100% of participants expressed interest in pursuing a bachelor's degree post-camp, their belief in tech's positive impact on society increased by 176%, and their sense of belonging soared by 378%.

Building on our success, I've led the expansion of our curriculum through new partnerships with Microsoft, Alaska Airlines, Google, and the U.S. Government for our 2024 camp.

This work not only drives social impact but also helps to diversify the tech talent pipeline, demonstrating my ability to develop and scale programs that align business objectives with broader social goals, while managing complex events and cultivating crucial partnerships.
